Grovers Home Solutions is a brand of Garrison Stephens Enterprises LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”). These terms apply when you use grovershomesolutions.com or buy our products. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them.
Using our site
You must be able to form a legally binding contract to buy from us. Do not use the site for anything unlawful, and do not try to hack, scrape, or interfere with it.
Orders and pricing
Prices and product listings can change without notice. We may limit or cancel an order, for example if we suspect fraud, if an item is out of stock, or if pricing was posted in error. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund you in full.
Stripe processes all payments. We never see or store your full card number.
Shipping, returns, and warranty

Retail items carry a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects. We will repair or replace a defective item, or refund it, at no cost to you. This warranty does not cover installation, damage to doors or other surfaces, normal wear, or misuse.
Our liability
We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or our products. Where we are liable, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under Oregon law.
Intellectual property
The site content, product designs, and the Grovers Home Solutions name and logo belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse them without our written permission.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by Oregon law. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Washington County, Oregon. We do not require arbitration.
If you are in the EU or UK
Nothing in these terms limits any statutory consumer right you have under EU or UK law that cannot be excluded by agreement.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will post changes here and update the effective date above. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
