Grovers Home Solutions is a brand of Garrison Stephens Enterprises LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”). This policy explains what personal information we collect when you visit grovershomesolutions.com or place an order, and how we use it.

Information we collect

When you check out, we collect your name, email, phone number, shipping address, the items you ordered, and the amount paid. Stripe collects your card details directly; that information never touches our servers.

If you contact us through a form on the site, we collect what you enter, such as your name, email, and message.

How we use it

We use this information to process orders, ship products, calculate sales tax where it applies, answer your questions, and prevent fraud. We do not use your information for advertising.

Who we share it with

We work with a small number of service providers to run the store:

• Stripe processes payments and may calculate sales tax through Stripe Tax.
• Cloudflare hosts the site and stores order records in its database.
• Resend sends order confirmation and shipping emails.
• Cloudflare Email delivers messages you send us through a contact or quote form.
• Cloudflare Turnstile checks that forms are submitted by a person, not a bot.

Each of these providers only sees what it needs to do its job. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers.

Cookies and analytics

Your shopping cart is stored in your browser’s local storage. It stays on your device and is not sent to us until you check out.

We count page views ourselves, on our own servers. We do not use a third-party analytics service. We store no IP addresses and no browser identification strings. We set no cookie to track you, and there is nothing to opt out of. To count how many different people visited on a given day, we turn your IP address and browser into a one-way code using a secret that changes every day. The code cannot be turned back into you, and the same visitor gets a different code tomorrow, so we cannot follow anyone from one day to the next. All we keep is a daily tally of page views and codes.

How long we keep your information

We keep order records for 7 years to meet tax and accounting requirements. Contact form messages are kept only as long as we need them to help you.

Your choices

You can ask us to delete the personal data tied to your account at any time. Email help@grovershomesolutions.com and we will take care of it, except where we are required to keep order records for tax purposes.

Children’s privacy

Our products and site are not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

If you are in the EU or UK

Nothing in this policy limits any statutory consumer protection or data rights you have under EU or UK law that cannot be excluded by agreement.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our practices change. We will post any changes here and update the effective date above.
