Shipping policy

Effective date: September 5, 2026

We pack and ship every order ourselves from Tualatin, Oregon. This page covers cost, timing, and what to do if something goes wrong.

United States: free shipping over $10

Standard shipping is free on United States orders of $10.00 or more, including all 50 states and DC. An order of exactly $10.00 ships free.

Below $10.00, standard shipping is a flat $5.99.

The $10.00 is your item subtotal, before shipping and before any sales tax.

We do not currently ship to APO/FPO addresses, U.S. territories outside the 50 states and DC, or freight-forwarder addresses. Contact us before ordering if you need one of those.

Canada and the rest of the world

International shipping is shown at checkout, so you see the exact cost before you pay.

Everywhere outside the United States and Canada is a flat $25 per order.

Canada is calculated from your cart’s total weight:

Weight is the product weight plus 30 g of packaging per item. A standard closet door guide bracket weighs about 20 g, so 1,814 g is roughly 90 brackets.

Over 1,814 g, we quote freight instead of a parcel rate. If your cart crosses that line, checkout will point you to the bulk quote form so we can price it properly.

You are responsible for any duties, taxes, or customs charges your country applies on import. Those are collected by customs, not by us, and are not included in the shipping rate above.

Sales tax

Sales tax, where it applies, is calculated at checkout.

Handling time

Standard orders, under 50 units per item, normally ship within two business days.

Bulk orders are made to order, so the lead time below is production time before the order ships:

Lead times start once the order is confirmed and paid, or a purchase order is accepted. They do not include carrier transit time.

Carriers and transit

Domestic orders ship by USPS or UPS ground, whichever suits the destination. Transit is usually 2 to 6 business days within the continental United States. Canadian and international parcels usually take 6 to 21 business days, depending on destination and customs.

These are carrier estimates, not guarantees. We cannot control carrier delays, weather, or customs holds.

Tracking

You get a tracking number by email as soon as we create the label. If it has not arrived within three business days of a standard order, email help@grovershomesolutions.com and we will look it up.

Address accuracy

We ship to whatever address you enter at checkout through Stripe. Tell us within a couple of hours if you spot a mistake and we can usually fix it before the label prints. If a package ships to a wrong address you supplied, reshipping is at your expense.

Lost, delayed, or damaged shipments

If tracking says delivered but you do not have your package, check with neighbors and your local carrier first, then contact us and we will open a trace.

If your order arrives damaged, email us within 7 days with a photo of the damage and the packaging. We will replace the damaged items or refund them, at no cost to you.
